Food Groups

Hemos aprendido que hay seis grupos de comida y que unos son más sanos que otros . La fruta y la verdura es muy sana y por ello debemos comerla cinco veces al día; sin embargo, no debemos comer muchos dulces ni bollería industrial.

1. Food containing fats. For example: butter and olive oil. 

2.Meat, fish and derivares 🍗🍤

3. Milk and diary products.🧀🥛

4.Fruit🍓🍊🍎🍏🍐🍊🍋🍌

5.Vegetables🥕🥒🍆🍅🥑

6.Cereals, bread and potatoes.🥔🥖Here includes also fatty food and sweets.


Eat lots of vegetables, fruits and cereals and do not eat fatty foods ( hamburgers, pizzas, hot dogs🍕🍟🍔…) or sweets 🥐🥞🍭🍬🎂🍰🍦🍩
