Second Grade: Halloween Doors

As you know, we are going to do a “Halloween Door Competition” at our School this year  and here you have the three doors that we could do ( with variations to surprise families and friends 😉😉😊 ).

Let’s vote:

Door 1: Witches are welcomed!

Door 2: Frankenstein

Door 3: Colour Monster!

Please , don’t forget to vote in the questionnaire and give your opinion!!!

First Grade: Classroom objects

Thanks so much teacher Mario !

Second Grade: The five senses

We have seen that there are five senses:

I can see with my eyes👀👀👀👀👀

Example:  I can see a beautiful parrot.

I can hear with my ears👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻.  The sounds can be QUIET 🤐🤐or LOUD⚡️⚡️⚡️.

I can touch with my hands, fingers or toes.🤚🏽🤚🏽🤚🏽🤚🏽🤚🏽🤚🏽🤚🏽

Things can be HARD🔨🔨, SOFT🐶🐶, HOT 🔥🔥🔥or COLD❄️❄️❄️.

I can smell with my nose 👃🏼👃🏼👃🏼👃🏼

I can taste with my tongue👅👅👅👅

We use the mouth and tongue to taste different flavours. These flavours are: sweet, salty,  sour and bitter.

1) SWEET: ice creams, cupcakes, sweets

2) SALTY: roasted chicken, eggs, fried potatoes, hamburgers or chips.

3) SOUR: lemon

4) BITTER: olives
